“Original Taffel Style” aged 18 months in a single, once-filled Kentucky bourbon barrel. Secondary maturation for 6 months in Homes Brewery (Ann Arbor, MI) “bourbon aged” stout barrel after being proofed down with Midwestern birch sap water.
