Our award winning, flagship “Taffel style” Aquavit aged for a minimum of 12 months in once-used American Rye Whiskey Casks. This is aged Aquavit in its most honest form. No additives, coloring, or chill-filtration needed or welcomed. This is a rare offering within the category, especially given its cask strength proof. Every batch is a blend of 3-5 casks that match our desired flavor profile, ending with a subtle kiss of rye whiskey spice.
