IT'S BACK!!! Aged a FULL YEAR longer than the 2024 release! Created in collaboration with the Museum of Danish America, this "JULE-AQUAVIT" is a tribute to the warm and cozy flavors of traditional Holiday Aquavit. Our Original Taffel Style, a caraway-forward blend of 10 botanicals, is distilled with neutral spirit from organic Midwest corn in a custom copper pot before aging 13 months in a single rye cask. Upon 30 months of additional aging in a PORTER BEER BARREL from MOTHFIRE BREWING CO. (Ann Arbor, MI) which previously aged a PEATED BOURBON from TWO JAMES DISTILLERY (Detroit, MI), the spirit picks up rich notes of cardamom, cinnamon caramel, dates, molasses, and ginger with hints of almond and sweet oak.
