Heirloom Garden Dill Aquavit

Inspired by Scandinavian traditions spanning centuries, our HEIRLOOM GARDEN DILL is centered around a mammoth dill variety brought over from Denmark. The stalks, harvested just twice each summer, are vapor-distilled within hours. The fresh dill component is then blended into a single distillation of dill seeds, whole garden botanicals, and pure spirit from Midwest-grown organic corn. Supporting botanicals were selected to thrive in the verdant landscape surrounding the distillery: nasturtium flower, marigold, yarrow, angelica root, coriander, fennel, and lovage.

NEAT SERVE: Lightly chilled or straight from the freezer.

FOR COCKTAILS: Great with lemon or anything savory. Makes an excellent Tom Collins, Dirty Martini or Bloody Mary!

SUGGESTED FOOD PAIRINGS: Savory - caviar, shellfish, grilled vegetables, and mild cheeses. Sweet – lemon cakes and pastries.
