Created in collaboration with the Museum of Danish America, this "JULE-AQUAVIT" is a tribute to the warm and cozy flavors of traditional Holiday Aquavit. Our Original Taffel Style, a caraway-forward blend of to botanicals, is distilled with neutral spirit from organic Midwest corn in a custom copper pot before aging 13 months in a single rye whiskey cask. Upon 18 months of additional aging in a Porter Beer barrel from Mothfire Brewing (Ann Arbor, MI), the spirit picks up rich notes of baking spice, toffee, dates, molasses, almond, and a hint of ginger.
